Customer Success Manager

A creative ad technology start-up Nexd is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with international clients.

Your main tasks will be

  • Account management – acting as the primary point of contact for the clients you’re responsible for
  • Onboarding new customers – demonstrating Nexd’s product, training and educating the users
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers
  • Monitoring customer activity, analyzing customer health and proposing innovative solutions to minimize customer churn
  • Gathering customers’ feedback and providing input for product development, marketing and sales processes
  • Managing the production of digital ads, handling the flow of communication between our developers, designers and clients

We expect you to 

  • Be fluent in English and good in Estonian
  • Have the ability to focus on details and precision in execution
  • Have good problem solving and communication skills

It will be beneficial if you 

  • Have experience in project management
  • Love technology
  • Have a background in advertising, media, marketing or IT sector
