Replacing Dwell Time with Exposure Time in Analytics

You’ll no longer see the metric Dwell Time listed in Nexd Analytics. Instead, you’ll see Dwell Time.

Nexd has implemented changes to better show a user’s average time spent viewing an ad. These changes collect on an ad’s Exposure Time (ET), formerly known as as Dwell Time. ET is calculated based on the average time a user spends viewing a page that contains a viewable Nexd ad. This recalculation may slightly affect your current Nexd ad metrics by up to 30%, as the ad is no longer measured after a page load, but when the ad is in a viewable position.
